Opening the Stabling Form
Each rider must fill in the stables form in order to organise their arrival (choice of stables, type of horses, additional stables, contact details, arrival and departure dates, grouping of riders, accreditation requirements, etc.).
This form is compulsory and must be completed by each rider.
No requests will be accepted by post, email or telephone.

Opening Request Renewal Horse Health Paper
Requests must be submitted no later than Wednesday 6/11.
The additional documents required (passport, entry documents, shipping information and any information requested by the OC) must reach us by Thursday 7/11 at 3pm at the latest.
After this deadline, if no request is made or if the request is incomplete, we will not be able to process the renewal.
Please note that no renewals can be made on Mondays (public holidays).
