ARRIVAL AND STABLING

Dear Riders,

We would like to inform you that all additional box requests, including those for the tack room and training, have been duly considered.

1 – Arrival :

• Arrivals are scheduled today from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and will resume tomorrow morning from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Upon arrival, each horse will undergo a health check, including temperature measurement.
• Don’t forget to bring your own thermometer.

• After this check, a team member will provide you with the numbers for your assigned boxes.

2 – Late arrival

• Please note that if riders arrive outside of these hours, they won’t be able to access the FEI zone and will be directed to a transit area.

• Don’t hesitate to contact Simon, the stable manager, in this case (simon@pec-lemans.com).

3 – Horse inspection

• We’d like to remind you that the horse inspection will take place on Thursday afternoon.
• Individual schedules are available online. While the latest changes may not be reflected online, they will be posted on the official board near the secretariat.
