ORGANISE YOUR COMPETITION

Hello everyone

Here’s some information to help you organise your competition.

OPENING OF STABLES :

BEFORE ENTERING THE STABLES:

  • Temperature control (remember to bring your thermometer with you)
  • The temperature check will be open on Wednesday from 2pm to 7pm and on Thursday from 8am to 5.30pm.
  • Your stabling number will be given to you at the temperature check.

AFTER ACCESS TO THE STABLES:

  • To order shavings/hay, please contact the secretariat near the Main Hall.
  • For registration, please go to the secretariat after the temperature check but before the Horse Inspection, with your horse’s documents.
  • You will then receive your head number and your accreditation.
ACCREDITATIONS :
  • You will be able to collect your accreditation from 2pm on Wednesday from the secretariat, where you will also be able to make any necessary changes.
COMPETITION ENTRIES:
  • Entries must be made the day before the event concerned. Please respect the closing times for entries.
  • Please note that it will not be possible to make up Grand-Prix entries. Closing times are available from the secretariat.
PAYMENTS

FRENCH RIDERS :

  • Consumables (shavings, hay, saddlery, etc.) must be paid to the general secretariat at the latest before the horses’ books or passports are collected.
  • For those with an ENTRY to pay (CSI 1* / Am), it is possible to do so from Friday with Marie H and at the latest when collecting the booklets or passports of the horses concerned. Passeports can only be collected after your last test

FOREIGN RIDERS:

  • Consumables (shavings, hay, saddlery, etc.) must be paid to the general secretariat at the latest before the horses’ books or passports are collected.
  • You can then pay your ENTRY to Marie H. Any prize money will be deducted from the ENTRY fee.
